To Filter Objects

When objects appear in a list format in AssetWise CONNECT Edition, you can refine the list further by applying a filter.

Follow these steps to apply a filter to objects.

Display the list of objects for which you want to filter.
Click the Filter icon ( ), from a column that you want to filter. The filter dialog appears, for example:

Note: The filter criteria choices depend on the attribute type that you have selected.
Select a filter criteria and then enter the value by which to filter in the box.
Repeat Steps 2 to 3 for each column that you want to filter.
Note: To remove a filter, select the Filter icon for the filtered column and then click Clear.
Click Filter. The results are refined by your selection.
Note: The filter remains until either you remove the filter or exit.
